Sinopse
Return to Mars after a ten-year exile to find a world overturned by religious fanaticism and hidden agendas. The protagonist must navigate the treacherous River Iss to the Valley Dor, a supposed paradise that is actually a slaughterhouse for pilgrims. Battling white apes and plant-men, he exposes the false gods that have enslaved the planet's belief system. This sequel deepens the mythology of Barsoom, blending swashbuckling action with a critique of blind faith.
