Sinopse
A series of letters written by travelers during a sea voyage offers a kaleidoscopic view of national prejudices and personal vanities. As the characters judge one another and the cultures they represent, the reader discovers the inherent bias in every observation. It is a clever, experimental work that deconstructs the nature of perspective itself.
