Sinopse
On a British naval vessel during the Napoleonic Wars, a young sailor’s radiant innocence provokes the irrational hatred of a sinister master-at-arms. A single moment of violence leads to a tragic trial that pits the letter of the law against the spirit of justice. This posthumous masterpiece explores the agonizing complexity of morality in an unfeeling world.
