Sinopse
A rigidly proper English valet is won in a poker game by an uncouth, boisterous American millionaire and forcibly relocated to a rugged frontier town in Washington state. Stripped of his aristocratic surroundings, the horrified servant must navigate a chaotic landscape of cowboys, social climbers, and aggressive egalitarianism. As he slowly sheds his deeply ingrained class prejudices, he discovers a surprising capacity for independence and an unexpected kinship with his rough-hewn neighbors. This brilliant comedy of manners offers a poignant, hilarious exploration of cultural assimilation and the true meaning of equality. It is a heartwarming journey from stiff servitude to triumphant self-determination.
