Sinopse
An impoverished young man is unexpectedly offered the throne of a tiny European principality, but the glamorous title hides a cynical casino-driven economy. Torn between his duty as a puppet ruler and his deep love for a principled American girl, he decides to reform the corrupt island single-handedly. His chaotic revolution brings him into direct conflict with powerful financiers and ruthless politicians. It is a thrilling, romantic comedy about standing up for what is right in a world of absolute absurdity.
